Mold Releases

They are available in a variety of formulations:

Mold Cleaners

Mold cleaners are available in cold or warm formulations for cleaning off- or on-cycle. Cleaner formulations include:

Rust Preventives

Our rust preventives include formulas for stored molds, as well as active production equipment to neutralize fingerprint acids and seal out condensation. Dry spray mist prevents marking of plastic parts.

Lubricants

Slide Super Grease will not freeze, melt, or gum up mold parts. It is paintable, compatible with other lubricants and is colorless and odorless.

Purging Compounds

Purging compounds are designed to remove all traces of plastic from molds. They are supplied in either liquid or dry formulations. The liquid formula is available in pre-measured packets.
